The budget "gap" was closed by the use of one time Federal stimulus money, I ponder what "band aid" will be used next time around. The casino slot revenue would not only have helped the racing industry but in addition would have yielded a significant amount of much needed revenue for the General Fund in the form of license fees. I voted for Gov. Beshear mainly to be given the opportunity to vote on a casino gaming Amendment. David Williams is in effect penalizing me that opportunity. I sincerely hope this egotistical, pompus, "dictator" decides to run for a statewide office, at least it would remove him from the his obstructionist position in the Senate.
