Todd to address student concerns at campus forum

Many students have questions for UK in areas ranging from tuition to athletics.

Students will get the chance Tuesday to ask questions and express their opinions directly to President Lee Todd. “An Evening with President Lee Todd” is an open forum co-sponsored by Student Government and the Student Center Director’s Office.

SG President Tyler Montell believes this is an important event for students to attend.“Kids don’t have a lot of opportunity to ask questions and this is a great opportunity for students to stand up to President Todd face to face,” Montell said.

Montell hopes Todd will have a better understanding of the students at UK as a result of the student-led discussion.

“The campus is a big place with a lot of facets,” Montell said. “Administrators are looking for opinions of students more than they ever have.”

The forum is part of a continued effort to improve relations between students and administrators. “An Evening with President Lee Todd” will be held in the Cat’s Den on the first floor of the Student Center at 5 p.m.
